Losing that low slot is gonna make it tough to rep tank and still survive a fight with a Amarr heavy.
So since the slot change went through, in wonder if we got bumped up in the armour repair department?

I have three sentinel suits to 5, working on the minmatar one now. I do a rotation, practicing with all of them. Once the hotfix goes live I'm simply swapping my gallente and amarr sentinel fits to appropriate setups and swapping the roles I use them for on the battlefield. Done. I use the minsent to assassinate people. I also use different tactics on different suits. Using the same tactics on all four of them means the amarr sentinel wins the fight every time. you do it now, I don't think we will be able to stand up to Amarr sentinels after Charlie.
They so have a extra 10 percent defense vs the HMG.

The extra low slot was very important, adding 2-4 percent worth of dmg isn't game changing.

I think we will. Damage mods in the highs tend to make amarr sentinels feel unhappy. Like I said, all I have to do is swap how I play them. one or two plates and one or two reps. two damage mods in high flux nades Burst HMG. Dead ***** amarr sentinel. Maybe your right, but I don't think the 4 percent is going to make a amazing difference.
Losing 148 armour or a extra 9 reps per second vs gaining 2-4 percent dmg, is it worth it? I suppose only time will tell but I honestly have a bad feeling.
